Create very simple native app for iPad

We have the opportunity to pitch for a large App job, but need to create a demo to present to the client. We have three screens that we need to build into a simple native iPad App, to demonstrate how the finished product would work.

Please see the attached PDF for a wireframe of the screens required:

Page 1. User needs to be able to navigate to page 2 or 3 using the buttons

Page 2. User needs to be able to navigate to page 3 using the buttons

Page 3. User needs to be able to scroll through a list of buttons and the first three buttons need to activate a different video in the main window.

That's it! We will provide all the graphics and assets, we just need somebody to put it together in a native iPad app. Upon winning the rest of the work, we would look to use the same Developer to help produce this with a much bigger budget. We also have many other opportunities coming up so are looking to form a long-term relationship with a trusted App Developer.
