Create ios app to find a certain type of business

We have created a php/mysql web app for a client, that will enable the user to enter a zip code or city and find all locations of a certain type of business that are nearby to that area.

We now need a programmer to make the iphone ios app version of the web app.

It should not be a big/difficult project, as we can provide all the api's for the screens, etc. Just need someone to put the pieces together.

I have reviewed quotes in the $500-1000 region and hope to select someone soon. If you can work in that range, and get the job done quickly and professionally, with good communication with me and my team, I'd like to hear from you.
