Create an new iPad app - not through AppleStore.

General information for the business: WE produce interactives and media
Kind of development: New program from scratch
Description of requirements/functionality: Looking for a developer who can develop an iOS iPAD app to run on 6 iPads only (so a Developer's XCode Account is required to download without going through Apple Store - we can give iPad information when required.
Has to be written in 2 languages - English and Mandarin.
Opening screen - choose language (click on choice of flags)
2nd page is a code-breaking page. Once code is broken, page opens out to 11 thumbnails to choose from, each of which goes to an information page on that subject.
Finally another code break page, leading to a final 'pay-off' page...
Reckon on 5 days work for the right guy/gal, but correct me if I am wrong... More information and full briefing to the right person..
