We expect a detailed proposal submission based on the attached requirements that states the following in a clear and distinct manner:

1. Methodology for Development - Agile, Waterfall etc, and a high-level walkthrough of what will be done from end to end.
2. Breakdown of Feature Complexity - This should ideally be done in estimated development hours
3. Allocated Resources / Skillets - e.g. Project Manager, Database Designer, etc
4. Recommendation of Technology for Full Stack - What technologies are proposed to be used, and why.
5. Estimated Timeline - There is no hard timeline, so propose what is feasible to your team
6. Breakdown of phases - This should incorporate the following:
_a. UX & UI Design
_b. Prototyping
_c. Architecture (Infrastructure) - Done in Parallel
_d. Architecture (Database) - Done in Parallel
_e. Architecture (Code) - Done in Parallel
_f. Development 1+ N iterations as necessary
_g. Testing
_h. Release & Support
7. Estimated Budget based on Hours
8. Relevant Experience and References - Describe briefly your teams RELEVANT experience and provide references to support your claim
