Description
I already have a fully working Taekwon-Do training web app built in HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
IMPORTANT:
I am NOT looking for the app to be rebuilt from scratch.
I am NOT looking for React conversion.
I am NOT looking for backend/database work.
I am NOT looking for AI-generated rebuilds.
The app already works.
I need a visually redesigned to match a premium cinematic mockup I have already created.
Style required:
* Black / gold cinematic look
* Mobile-first design
* Hero image at top
* Premium menu cards/buttons
* Modern UI styling
* Smooth spacing/layout
* Gaming / fitness app style feel
* Clean professional appearance
The app contains:
* ITF patterns
* grading system
* quizzes
* stretching section
* videos
* navigation
* local storage
These must remain working exactly as they are.
You will mainly be editing:
* CSS
* home screen HTML/layout
* visual styling only
IMPORTANT:
The app must remain simple for me to edit myself afterwards.
I regularly update:
* YouTube video links
* pattern descriptions
* grading content
* text sections
* menu items
Please DO NOT rebuild this into a complicated framework requiring developer knowledge for basic edits.
I want the app to remain:
* editable
* lightweight
* simple to maintain
* easy for me to update manually
The app currently runs as a browser/PWA style app and works well on mobile devices.
At this stage I am ONLY looking for front-end/UI improvements.
However, in future I may look at converting it into a full App Store / Google Play app, so clean mobile-friendly structure is preferred.
I will initially provide:
* screenshots of the current app
* screenshots of the mockup/design style required
The actual app file/link will only be shared with shortlisted freelancers.
Please reply ONLY if:
* you are experienced in modern mobile UI/front-end design
* you can work from a JPG mockup
* you understand how to edit an existing app WITHOUT breaking functionality
Bonus if you have examples of:
* gaming UI
* fitness apps
* martial arts apps
* cinematic dashboards
* premium dark-themed mobile layouts
I can give you app access for the right person to look through. I have attached a screen shot of what I would like done.. also some of the app currently. Thank you

Hi,
Thanks for the invite.
I understand that this is strictly a visual and structural UI overhaul of your existing HTML/CSS/JS code—not a rebuild, not a framework migration, and zero backend disruption.
A few questions before providing an accurate estimate:
1. Are subtle animations/transitions desired throughout the app?
(hover states, card glow, navigation transitions, button interactions, etc.)
2. Are there any areas of the current app you specifically do NOT want changed structurally?
3. Is the redesign mainly focused on: the home/dashboard or the entire app experience?
I can provide a proper fixed quote after reviewing:
-current codebase
-number of screens
-styling complexity
-level of animation/polish required
Looking forward to receive your answers.
Best Regards. -

A few quick questions:
1. Approximately how many main screens/pages does the app currently have?
2. Do you already have the full cinematic mockup for all screens or mainly the home/dashboard style?
3. Would you also like subtle animations/transitions for buttons/cards to enhance the premium feel?
-

- Do you want the redesign to remain very close to the current layout structure, or are you open to reorganizing sections for a more premium mobile experience?
- Are there any current pain points in the app that you feel look outdated or reduce the premium feel? -

Are there any interactive elements: like quizzes, grading sections, or videos that you want me to focus on first to ensure the cinematic styling enhances usability?
Do you prefer the visual redesign to strictly follow the mockup, or are you open to minor creative adjustments to improve readability and mobile responsiveness?
