Bus Pass Checking App

We need a bus pass checking app that will work on Android and Ios devices.

We have a client that issues bus passes and the buspass has to be checked when a passenger gets on a bus. This is done by the passenger showing the bus pass to driver on their device. For each bus pass the app will show the details, date from, date to, time until expiry of the pass (full details in the attached document).

We will create an API with all the information for the app. The App is almost 100% display data only. There are only 1 or 2 small calculations for the app to do. There are no complicated device calculations or processing.

The passenger will use their email address and a password to login, there will have to be a password reminder feature.

We have suggested a price but are open to ideas and suggestions. For example the client said they may consider using a QR code limked to each passenger - but this is just an option. We have a very simple validation option where the app looks up a "security word" each day using the API - this is probably the only digital code that will be used at this stage.

We also want to upload the App onto the Google Store and Apple Store.

We can supply artwork and logo's for the app which will be branded and owned by us - not the client.
