Build Us a Web Based Application and Backend portal

I need to hire a full stack developer who can create from scratch a custom web based application using Codeigniter, jQuery, HTML, CSS and more . we will give you access to our hosting platform which is hostgator and will work with you every step of the way modifying , testing and building the application. we have a hard deadline of 2 week to have this project finished . we need someone who can dedicate 15 + hours daily and have great communicate for this project
