Build a MVP in React Native with image recognition functionality

I'm looking for a skilled developer in AI for image processing to build a React Native MVP.

The MVP consists of a basic CRUD with a main feature which is to analyze images uploaded by the user with AI.

The MVP has 3 main screens:

Onboard;
Dashboard;
Setting.

User flow:
• User answers some personal questions on the onboarding;
• With these answers we set the user's goal and show how they can achieve on the dashboard (super simple, really);
• The user can type what they did or upload an image that will help them monitor their daily progress to achieve their goal;
• In the settings tab the user can modify their goal and some personal information;
• And that's it, simple. A basic CRUD with just one AI feature.

Relevant info:
• Authentication will be with Google or Apple account;
• Superwall will be used to speed up the project;
• I need a reliable, simple and low-cost solution for recognizing and analyzing images uploaded by users to validate the MVP.
• The Figma project will be made available as well as more precise information about the MVP.

Stack:
React Native + Expo + Cursor (it is mandatory to use cursor to speed up project development with AI generated code);
Supabase;
Superwall.

Basic requirements:
• Clean code, following the best programming practices, understanding and knowing how to isolate each feature and its responsibility;
• Create rich and detailed documentation of each class, function, helper including developer guides;
• Rigorous testing to ensure the functionality, security, and stability of the MVP;
• Bug fixing and performance optimization;
• User acceptance testing to validate the MVP's usability;

This is a one-time payment project, based on the final delivery of the complete MVP, according to the established requirements, with a maximum deadline of 1 month for completion.
