App Features to be ADDED

I'm looking for a skilled developer with experience in Flutter, Laravel, and PHP to help transfer and extend certain app features to the website version of my project.

Project Scope – Phase 1:
App:
Add Live Tracking on both iOS and Android user apps.

It should appear on the login page, similar to how DHL works.

No sign-up or login required to track a parcel.

A normal user can simply click a “Track My Parcel” button, enter the tracking ID, and view the live tracking directly in the app.

Note: Live tracking is already built and working in the app when an order is in progress. I have personally tested and confirmed this.

Website:
Currently, only the status of the order is shown—live tracking is missing.

I need the same live tracking feature available on the website.

A user should be able to enter the order ID and:

If the order is in progress, show live tracking.

Otherwise, show the order status.

Please do not use redirect tricks from the app to the website for tracking. I need proper native integration.

Admin:
Live tracking is not needed for the admin. They can already view all tracking info either via the app or website.

The full system (app + website) is already deployed and functioning properly. I have full access to all source code.

This is just Phase 1. If you’re knowledgeable and reliable, there is long-term potential to continue working on the app with many additional tasks coming up, such as integrating a custom local payment gateway.
