App Development for Chauffeur Company

General information for the business: a Ground Transportation service (Chauffeur / Executive Taxi)
Kind of development: New program from scratch
Description of every module: I require this to be built on Android and IOS, also a desktop version to be placed within our wordpress website
Description of requirements/functionality: I require an app facility for our customers to be able to book their transportation requirements via an app. The main features will include;

Customer sign up/login
Customer account details - Multiple users per account with their own username and password

Booking a job on - Main features
A customer will be able to book on their transportation (locked out/requested to call office if less than 24 hours) which will then send a confirmation of booking to the office email address and the customer themselves.

If a customer has an account, their main details will already load on if they have inputted their details already, e.g
Name
Phone number
email address
home address

The fields required to fill out will be as follows

Collection date
Collection time
Number of Passengers
Number of suitcases
Number of hand luggage
Pick up address (here they can input an address or select from their own home address or select from a number of popular addresses)
Drop off address

option to add up to 10 'Via' addresses

Vehicle type; executive saloon, executive people carrier, 16 seater
Payment type

(outbound journey) Flight number (optional)

Then they can add a return journey. When clicking return all relevant information will be pre filled in reverse however the customer will have the option to change the details if they wish
