Android & IOS App

Hi,

I am looking for an expert Mobile App developer who understands how to either wrap a website into a native Android + Iphone app with some additional features or to build them from scratch.

The app will perform and follow a similar (very similar) design to the currrent mobile website and should have all the same functionality, however we would like to add the addition of a subscription (payment) capabilities after a 3 month freemium model.

The website has search functionality, profile creation for 2 types of users & a subscription model. Aside from that there are just content pages which will be narrowed down to essentials.

I want someone who can deliver

- Simple Project Plan
- Design (Approval of simple designs before development so we can ensure all functionality exists)
- Development of Android App
- Development of IOS App
- Testing & Publishing of Both Apps

Please provide examples of similar subscription & search based apps with profiles of users.
