Android App - Bluetooth Beacons and GPS

Aim: To record a series of bluetooth beacons set out along a route and the GPS track.

Android App Features:
1. Input Person's Name into App (can be changed)
2. Button to start and stop recording
3. Record:
- Any of our Beacons the device sees (ID of beacon and what time it was seen).
- GPS track every 1 second
4. App to show and make a noise when beacon has been recorded
5. Provide a file that can be downloaded off phone (Person Name, Beacons ID and time seen, GPS data).

The Beacon - Ideal Features
- Select short range beacon, ideal would be beacon that can only be detected within
approx 1 metre
- High advertising rate
- Less than £10

Experience of Bluetooth Beacons and GPS desirable.

Experience of Wear OS would be desirable for future work but not essential.
