I want to make a top down, NES

Hello, I am interested in making a top down (Zelda style) NES game based on my book A Tale of Four Mages. I have a few locations and characters made but there is a LOT to this book. I wrote it like a Final Fantasy, with loads of side characters, locations and a larger than life story. I have a fairly simple method for bringing it to life, but I need someone with the skills and time to work on this project. You will be paid a weekly sum if you are accepted, but I must warn you, I don't have a lot of money, and I don't have an actual script. I do however, have a video series based on this book that may paint a clearer picture for you.

NO AI: do not use AI for conversation with me, for dialogue in the game, for artwork in the game, for concept art, for final works, for anything.

I understand the complexity of this project, which is why I am looking for someone who can work independently., ask questions when needed, and follow the given information. There is a lot to work with in this game to make things easier, but a lot of this will take someone who can self manage.

By the way $700 is not the full budget offered, it's just a placeholder.
