Description
We are looking for a Zoho expert to assist us in some tasks we are trying to achieve in Zoho CRM:
Task1:
We are looking to integrate a new Warehouse management system called Helm WMS which is replacement our existing connection with Mintsoft. You can find the API connection details here:

We would be looking to import customers, orders and shipment/tracking details from Helm into Zoho CRM.
Task2:
We are looking to integrate a support agent and sales agent through Zia, in order to draft and send replies to support tickets and work at relationship building with contacts/leads we have in the CRM. We have setup the Knowledge base in the Desk with articles. We would also like the agent to be able to provide tracking details from the Helm system above, subject to customer confirmation of order number and postcode or similar.
Task3:
We have a marketing schedule devised for the year, which includes email text content for sale days, special offers and holiday offers. We would like this setup to send to customers automatically who are on certain lists/tags and for new leads to be added to the journey. There are likely to be 3 separate journeys, one for trade customers, one for retail customers and one other.
Task4:
We have a telemarketer coming on board, they will be working through some leads we have imported. We have setup a process list for her to work through, we would like to verify we have set this up optimally to achieve the data we are looking to extract from the CRM.

5. Will tracking lookup require validation inside Zoho Desk only, or also CRM contacts/leads?
Marketing Journeys (Automation Setup)
6. Are these journeys intended to run via Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Marketing Automation, or CRM workflows?
7. Approximately how many contacts per segment (trade / retail / other) are included?
Telemarketing Workflow
8. Is the telemarketer working inside Zoho CRM Tasks/Blueprints, or through Zoho Voice / Desk / another dialer integration?
