Very simple lead management system - Laravel

Hi All

I need quote for a very simple laravel application. Overview of the system where I can import lead data from a back end and allocate leads to a user to work on and update. User can update lead status from a list, add notes, mark as won / sold. Leads can be allocated to a user to be worked. Main list of all leads with sorting functionality for admin only. I have spreadsheet for this functionality at the moment but it;'s cumbersome.

Would also like to be able to pull reports quickly of leads by date/time span, lead source. Won leads/lost leads etc.
