Timber Trading Company ERP software

Hi,
I need a ERP software for a timber trading company.
I need the following tabs.
- Inventory management: adding, removing, creating reports (also template reports), PDF scraping to add in inventory is a plus, an input window when loading the timber in a container/vessel. Details would be discuss. Excel spreadsheet template is available.
- Purchasing management: for every supplier, i need to have a accounting book (excel spreadsheet template is available), when adding in the inventory, the accounting book of the supplier should be updated.
- International supplier management: for every international supplier, need a accounting book and for every contract of that supplier, i need a library to keep documents.
- Sales: for every client, i need a accounting book, and for every sale, i need to keep a library of documents (invoice, proforma, packing list, documents etc.)
- Register of letters: creating letters (from blank or template) with the possibility to add to a sale, and having a register of the letters
- Company documents: a library with company documents
- Register of payments
- Delegations

It should be easy to create a sale, and automatically create their documents.
Create documents from templates (contract, certificates, invoice etc.), to be easy to complete the required documents.
