Specialist - Squeegee, Stripe, GoCardless & QuickBook

We're a UK wheelie bin cleaning company with a growing round of domestic and commercial customers. Our operations run on Squeegee (we're on the top-tier package) and we take payments through Stripe, Square and GoCardless, with our accounts in QuickBooks.

Everything works - but none of it talks to each other, so we're doing far too much manually.

WHAT WE NEED HELP WITH
- Getting Squeegee properly configured to match how we actually work (scheduling, rounds, recurring jobs, customer comms)
- Connecting card and Direct Debit payments (Stripe, Square, GoCardless) cleanly into our job and invoicing flow
- Pushing payments and invoices into QuickBooks so reconciliation stops being a manual job
- Building automations in Make.com (or similar) to join the gaps between Squeegee, our payment providers and QuickBooks
- Sensible documentation so we can run and tweak it ourselves afterwards

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven Make.com (or Zapier/n8n) experience - please show examples
- Hands-on with Stripe, GoCardless and QuickBooks APIs/integrations
- Experience with Squeegee
- Practical and commercially minded - we want small, useful improvements that work, not a six-month project
- Good written English and happy on short video calls

Start with a paid discovery/scoping session so you can look at our setup and tell us what's possible. Then we'll agree the priority automations and work through them in stages. There's ongoing work for the right person.
