Sage Intact API Integration

I have an urgent requirement (must be complete by Monday 16th January) for someone to integrate the Sage Intact API into our PHP ERP solution. We require the ability to send transactions from the ERP > Sage Intacct, and then query them for updates at a later stage. The work has already been started but developer has let me down and pulled out of the project, hence the urgent need for it.
