REX & Docusign set up

We are a UK estate agency using REX CRM and DocuSign. The two systems are already connected, and our agency agreement PDF has already been created and integration connected.

We need someone experienced with REX CRM, DocuSign templates and workflow automation to finish the setup and make the process as automated as possible.

The aim is that when we instruct a new property in REX, the seller and property information can automatically populate our DocuSign agency agreement, ready to send for signature.

The agreement needs to pull through information such as:

Seller 1 name and email
Seller 2 name and email, where applicable
Property address
Agreement date
Marketing commencement date
Asking price
Percentage or fixed fee
VAT rate
Total fee including VAT
Any excluded or existing buyers
Agent name and email

We also need the DocuSign workflow to include:

Agent signature
Seller 1 signature
Optional Seller 2 signature
Dates signed
Seller initials and checkboxes
Correct signing order
Easy removal of Seller 2 where there is only one owner

Ideally, once signed, the completed agreement should automatically:

Save back against the correct property or contact in REX
Update the relevant REX record or status
Notify our team that the agreement has been completed
Store the signed PDF and DocuSign completion certificate

The DocuSign template and REX integration are already partly set up. We need someone to review what is currently connected, configure the fields and complete the automation rather than starting everything from scratch.
