We use Netsuite now for our CRM and need some help with setting up the below list in the system.
• Integrate website leads into NetSuite ( with allocation permission remaining with the Sales Manager) our website is on a Shopify platform.
• Manual entry of leads received from a direct call.
• Visibility of the lead/deal journey
• Ability to highlight hot jobs for the month over a certain $$ value.
• Reporting matrix ( Spend less time reconciling spreadsheets and more time strategizing)
• Set up templates for standard proposals, so that the sales team can add items out of the system and send out of the system.
