Membership platform migration

I'm looking for a technical professional to help procure, plan and migrate our core business app which is a membership-based CRM. Successful candidates should have the follow skill set:
- Excellent understanding of Membership platforms
- Experience with Membership/CRM platform migrations
- Good business understanding (Not just a techie)

Currently we have a platform for the following features

- Members Area behind a paywall
- Email communication (Newsletter & system/workflow emails)
- Displaying a list of customers on a webpage
- KYC integration
- Application Journey
- Transition Journey
- Renewal Journey
- Contact CRM
- Organisation CRM
- Subscription Management
- Invoice Management
- API / Data sharing

Any new platform would need the above features.

We are happy with SaaS or hosting our own solution that's managed by a 3rd party.
