Estimated project duration: 3 - 4 weeks
We are a legal tech startup in London, UK. Our HubSpot is already set up and in use. We need a HubSpot Implementation Specialist to optimise CRM, marketing, sales, and service tools (e.g., configuring email trigger points and platform sign ups) and seamlessly integrate them with other tools.
This is a one-off project with potential for future opportunities as we grow and scale our business.
Required:
1. Please provide examples of your previous HubSpot implementation projects, including specific tasks completed, methodologies used, and project timelines.
2. Highlight your relevant certification(s).
Responsibilities: The key responsibilities includes
- System Setup i.e., tailoring HubSpot to the company’s specific needs.
- Data Management to manage customer information, ensuring that everything is connected. The key thing we want to be able to achieve is when clients engage with one area of our business (such as having a call with us), this is updated and then say they sign up to the platform, we can then see this reflected on our system.
- Integration with service platform and other tools. We are using other email systems to send out email campaigns and to set up Linkedin campaigns, so we want to be able to capture all the data from this into our system
- Automation to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
- Support to ensure other teams can use the system effectively.
- Reporting for tracking performance and making data-driven decisions.
- Other requirements as discussed between company and you time to time.

The focus will be on further implementation tasks, such as setting up trigger emails, monitoring workflows, and integrating HubSpot with our platform.
