Help with Zoho CRM customisation

I have an Energy and Water consultancy and I've recently started using Zoho CRM to manage my clients.

If you have experience working on a CRM for an energy broker, that would be a plus.

I've already completed a lot of customisations, however there are some things which I'm struggling with and some things which may require coding with DELUGE.

I'm looking for somehow who can help me develop my system and automate as many tasks as possible through blueprints, workflows, mail merge, etc.

I'm mostly looking to be able to have video calls for advice, so I can do the work myself, however for bigger/more complex parts of the system, or if something requires DELUGE coding, I'll probably need you to do it for me.
