- Must be linked to gmail which allows to send emails directly to customer
- admin to do list section
Software developer must also be able to export 1200 customers from excel onto CRM to assist us using software from scratch, this will be sent prior to CRM being built to understand important fields required.

Hi, I have many question regarding this project and I do feel these questions are very important toward the cost of the CRM.
Are you looking for a completely brand new CRM to be built for your company or an existing one to be customised? This is important.
Will you require user roles permissions to be created for limited access to certain information and sections depending on position within your company? This is also very important.
With the request of renewals to be automatic would you also need email marketing?
Would each member of staff also have their own business email accessible as well a ticketing functionality? Would you require the ability to create templated responses to tickets & emails? Locally hosted database and application or globally?
Application for what architecture or Web Application?
PBX integration (track calls, messages)?
Product search API for pulling relevant information of appliances (Value, Manufacturer and more)?
Do you have a plan you could share? That would be very useful
