Adding new functionality to already existing laravel project

We are a Zoho CRM integration software and constantly developing various solution for our customers.

Our Company is looking for an experienced BackEnd Developer on that familiar with Laravel Framework,
to maintain and develop 6 existing projects
and develop new applications.

Currently we have a small project:
Adding a few minor features to an excising laravel project.
the projects gets data from zoho crm, processes it and updates the result in CRM.

we need to update the logic so it will work with larvel jobs and not directly from post request , and create a page that shows a count of queued jobs in a progress bar (10h)

Looking for a long term cooperation
can provide 60-160H of workload per month
