Description
I have had my domains since 2014, however, recently my domain holder went bust and made a mess of my domains. I have transferred the domains to another provider but it doesn't look like its sorted properly. I am also now having issues with my emails. If you can help to sort out and protect my domains, as well as sort out my emails, i woud appreciate it. Thanks.

Hi Farah S,
AOA, I am interested in assisting you with sorting out and securing your domains and emails. However, I’d appreciate some clarification to ensure the best possible solution:
Please confirm whether you have access to your new domain provider's control panel, or do you need assistance retrieving login credentials and DNS settings?
Are the email issues related to missing emails, delivery failures, or incorrect configurations with the new provider?
Would you like recommendations on additional security measures to protect your domains from future disruptions?
Looking forward to your confirmation so we can proceed efficiently.
Best,
Anwar -
Hi Farah,
Who is the nee provider? Also, ia the mails on exchange or POP/IMAP? -
Hey Farah
That sounds really frustrating. Before I jump in, here are a couple of quick things you can check:
1) Domains: Log into your new provider and check if the DNS settings (nameservers & A records) are set up correctly. If they changed during the transfer, your site might not work properly.
2) Emails: If your emails aren’t working, check the MX records in your domain settings. They need to point to the right email service (like Google or Outlook) to work.
If you’re not sure how to fix it, I can take a look, sort everything out, and make sure your domains and emails are set up properly and secure. Let me know, happy to help!
