Mautic 5.1, for experienced person only

We are seeking an experienced Mautic specialist to help us with the following tasks:

Add Segments According to Documentation:
There are multiple segments outlined in our documentation, each with specific criteria based on source, engagement, and behavior.
The task involves adding these segments to our Mautic instance.

Cold Email Server Setup and Maintenance:
Configure the cold email server to send contacts to the main server.
Ensure continuous email engagement based on user interactions and engagement scores.

Brief Listing of Document Contents

Segmentation Strategy:
Multiple segments such as New Leads from Instagram, New Leads from Facebook, High Engagement on Social Media, etc.
Criteria for each segment include source, date added, engagement score, ad category, and subscription status.

Email Campaign Flows:
Initial interest emails, follow-up emails, engagement emails, and nudge emails.
Points system to track user engagement and move contacts through different stages.

Points and Stages:
Assign points based on user actions (e.g., email opens, link clicks).
Use these points to increase attention and engagement scores.

Campaign Automation:
Setup of automated email campaigns that work in flows based on user interactions.

Requirements

Experience:
At least 7 years of experience with Mautic.
Proficient in coding with Python or PHP to add segments and automate processes.

Urgency

This is a fast job; we need this completed in 2-3 days maximum.
This job can be done in one day if you are fast.
We need hands as we cannot manage to do everything ourselves.
