Automate sales email process

My role is to send emails to new prospects; this involves sourcing a lead on the internet, then entering their name, email address, company name, the product I want to sell and what country they are based into an already written email, then sending it. this is done over and over again.

I'm looking to automate this to make it quicker.

Ideally, I want a page/programme etc, where I can enter these 5 pieces of data, for it to then populate an email in Outlook and either send it or leave it in my draft folder for me to check and send it.
