WordPress Woo Commerce Custom Calculator + Basket Integration

I need a developer who can create a custom woo commerce plugin or addon that allows me to provide the following experience to website users. I already have a calculator plugin but it does not provide the required functionality. Work required below.

The calculator needs to work out sq meters of materials required and convert them into Kits sold on the site, it should automatically add 10% for wastage, etc. Users should input SQM required, either by manually adding length and width or if they know the measurements, inputting them directly to a free form box.

The customer should then select the aggregate type, There are 4 types, 15mm UV, 15mm Non-UV, 18mm UV, 18mm Non-UV

both 15mm kits have a sqm coverage of 4sqm

both 18mm kits have a sqm coverage of 3.55 sqm

The calculator should then display the required kits and give an "Add to Basket" button for the desired number of kits to be purchased.

The functionality needs to be editable so as can be used on different products across the site which have different prices, the calculator however will remain the same.

Please provide a description of how you can deliver the required functionality, whether that is by a custom plugin, custom code or by customising an existing plugin.
