WordPress Landing Page Template + Mailchimp Integration

I’m looking for an experienced WordPress developer to build a high-quality, reusable landing page template inside my existing website.
This is NOT a one-off page — I need a structure that can be duplicated for multiple events and campaigns/festivals.

Key Requirements:

Built inside my existing WordPress theme (must match current design)
Use Elementor (or similar) so I can easily edit content myself
Clean, modern landing page layout optimised for conversions
Email capture form connected to Mailchimp
After submission, users should see an offer (same page or next step)

Important Functionality:

Page must be easily duplicated for different events
Each version must allow us to track where leads came from
(e.g. event name, hidden fields, tags in Mailchimp, etc.)
All key content must be editable:
Headline
Offer text
Event name
Images
- Each landing page will be used at physical events via QR code
- The page must support unique URLs per event so we can generate separate QR codes
- We need to track which event each lead comes from (via URL, hidden fields, or Mailchimp tags)
- Advise on best structure for QR code tracking and usage

What I’m Looking For:

Proven experience building landing pages inside WordPress
Experience with Mailchimp (or similar email integrations)
Strong communication and clear English
Someone who can suggest the best structure, not just follow instructions
