Wordpress e-commerce gold cart, dropship data upload and SOP,

I require Assistance and ongoing support

We sell Christmas Trees, Christmas lights, Christmas Decorations and Hampers; the sales window starts building up from now. So assistance is required immediately.

We have own and drop ship products, new website is just finished in Wordpress e-commerce gold cart, with store front elegance theme.

I need assistance immediately with the following areas

1. Discussions with drop shippers, (3 different companies) how there data will be supplied for uploading, stock control etc.
2. How our orders will be delivered to them for processing.
3. Once agreement has been reached design and installation
4. Ongoing support will be required for staff training and systems maintenance

Although the Christmas market is large we are only a small company with a limited budget and very limited time scale, there will be a certain amount of making the best of what we have. Always with a view to best practice and forward planning for next year
We will give preference to UK companies due to time differences, and companies over individuals as a team will deliver faster.
