Woocommerce - Setting up Flexible Shipping

I'm having issues setting up flexible shipping rates in woocommerce for a client.
I'm a print designer - this is way beyond my scope. I have the Wordpress site in demo state, products are 90% loaded.
So it's just the complex shipping options that I need someone to input for me. I have Flexible Shipping (PRO) on the site. I would hope this would be max 2 hrs work, perhaps less for someone familiar with it. Apologies it's such a small job.
