I need a WooCommerce + Fluent Forms integration to streamline prescription approvals for an online pharmacy. The system should allow doctors to approve orders, generate prescriptions automatically, and store records efficiently using WP Tables.
Key Requirements:
✅ Order & Patient Data Management:
• Customers place an order through WooCommerce and complete a Fluent Form with their medical history.
• Selected WooCommerce orders (determined by me) must be sent to a doctor for approval before the pharmacy can dispatch them.
• The doctor needs a simple, clear dashboard to review patient details and approve prescriptions—no email notifications needed.
✅ Prescription Approval & PDF Generation:
• Once a doctor approves an order, a prescription PDF should be automatically generated and stored for future retrieval.
✅ Pharmacy Order Processing:
• The pharmacy can only dispatch orders after the doctor has approved them.
• The pharmacy will use a separate shipping integration, so tracking does not need to be part of this project.
✅ Data Storage & Migration:
• Patient and order records should be stored using WP Tables (not Google Sheets).
• Some patient records have already been migrated from Gravity Forms to WP Tables—remaining records will need to be transferred.
• Prescriptions can be stored anywhere—they must not slow down WooCommerce.
Ideal Freelancer:
• Experienced in WooCommerce, Fluent Forms, and WP Tables.
• Familiar with automated PDF generation & order approval workflows.
• Able to optimize performance so WooCommerce remains fast.
