General information for the website: We sell high end digital images, posters and light boxes
Description of requirements/features: Hi, we need automated emails to be sorted: the welcome letter (to be sent after subscription) and the email with order/invoice attached (to be sent soon after customer purchases). We have Mail Chimp but these emails should be sent automatically. We have created templates for these emails... sometime ago both of them were automatically sent to customer (after a customer subscribed or posted an order) and now they are no longer working.
Our website is Magento and it is ready to go, but not before these and other few issues are solved, so... we are rushing to get it done!
