Speed up Prestashop site

Hello,

I need help of an experienced Prestashop developer. I need help with this:

1. My site maesue.com scores 13 / 100 on Google PageSpeed Insights. I need help improving the loading speed of the site.

2. Also I have needed to transfer the site to a expensive Cloud based server because it was not functioning correctly and needed a higher execution time. I would like to know if this can be fixed in another way so I can go back to a less expensive server.

3. I would like to have review stars related to the facebook reviews on the site. Like on this site: https://elinerosina.com/.

I would like to have a short introduction Skype call (10 min) before to start the job.
