**Shopify / Matrixify Product Upload & Supplier Onboarding Specialist Needed — Luxury Interiors Store**

We are looking for an experienced Shopify and Matrixify specialist to help onboard multiple suppliers and upload products onto our luxury interiors ecommerce website.

We currently have **3 suppliers ready to onboard**, with more planned afterwards. The work will involve Matrixify imports, Shopify product mapping, draft uploads, basic SEO fields, metafields, categories, tags, images, pricing, stock, dimensions and delivery/lead-time information.

This is NOT a basic data entry role. You must have genuine experience with Shopify product imports, Matrixify, supplier CSV/Excel feeds and ecommerce product organisation.

Please note: different suppliers may provide product data in different formats, such as CSV, Excel files, image folders, image URLs, PDFs, price lists or trade portals. You must be able to review each supplier’s format, advise what is missing, clean the data and prepare it correctly for Shopify / Matrixify import.

You must be experienced with:

* Shopify product uploads
* Matrixify imports and exports

* Product variants
* Product images and image URLs
* Collections and categories
* Tags and filtering
* Vendors / brands
* Metafields
* Product descriptions
* Shopify SEO basics
* Inventory / stock fields
* Pricing and compare-at pricing
* Product organisation and structure

Important:

ALL products must be uploaded as DRAFT first for review before anything is published live on the website.

We are onboarding multiple suppliers, so this could become ongoing work for the right person.

The role will include:

1. Reviewing supplier product files and feeds
2. Cleaning and preparing CSV/Excel data
3. Correctly mapping supplier data into Shopify fields
4. Importing products using Matrixify
5. Uploading products as DRAFT only
6. Ensuring all product images are correctly linked and displayed
7. Assigning collections, tags, vendors and categories correctly
8. Mapping dimensions, materials, finishes, colours and specifications correctly
9. Adding delivery times and lead times where supplier data is provided
10. Checking SKUs, variants, pricing and compare-at pricing
11. Ensuring products are structured cleanly for Shopify and future growth
12. Adding basic SEO improvements where possible

SEO expectations:

We are NOT looking for a full SEO agency or advanced SEO campaign work.

However, you must understand basic ecommerce product SEO, including:

* SEO-friendly product titles
* Clean product handles / URLs
* Meta descriptions
* Image alt text
* Collection structure
* Tags and filtering

Product names should generally remain aligned with supplier names and SKUs for consistency, but can be improved slightly for clarity and SEO where appropriate.

We do NOT want random product renaming that breaks supplier references or SKU matching.

You must also understand how to correctly place supplier information into Shopify, including:

* Dimensions
* Materials
* Colours and finishes
* Product specifications
* Delivery information
* Lead times
* Stock availability
* Care instructions
* Product features

Experience with Shopify metafields is highly preferred.

Before any imports are carried out, we will be backing up the store using Rewind, duplicating the Shopify theme and exporting current product data via Matrixify.
