Set up Magento store

I have a business hosting package for 2 years with UK2.net and I have a Magento theme for e-commerce.
The job will involve
- Uploading Magento files to the server UK2
- Changing logo and and slight changes to the Navigation Menu Bar
- Adding an "apply discount code" option to the checkout
- Integrating footer documents (e.g. terms and conditions, returns, etc...)
- Basic training on management of store (uploading images, description, etc...)
