Review Custom JS Plugin & Apply Fixes + Management

My client had a plugin made for them last year by a freelance developer, it was produced and working but we found there to be a fair amount of issues and the developer is not answering any messages. I need someone who is competent with plugin development for WooCommerce to review the code and the logic used to make it work.

The plugin allows colour swatches to shown (from default WooCommerce variations) in a modal type box which comes out from the bottom of the page, not all products in the catalogue have colour choices so it only needs to be shown on the ones that does.

Please do only apply if you are skilled with JS and understand the ways WooCommerce works. I need this done asap and looked at today if possible.
