Programming and customisations of new Magento Multi Site website

We need to configure and setup new Magento CE installation to run multi site - 2 separate websites. This will include installation or and modification of themes as well as some additional modules like M2e Pro, PayPal, etc.

1 site will be for wholesale purposes (I.e.) peice visible only when logged in.
2nd site will be retail with prices visible.
They will share same DB and connect to external inventory management system.

We are looking for a team that can assist with developing, configuring and maintaining.
Project is of urgent matter and will be need to be started immediately.

We looking for fixed price as well as hourly support cost ongoing basis.
