Opencart upgrading and customization

this project is for Opencart application specialist's

- working on the web should start at Monday 30/06/20104
- All tasks should be completed and the project should be fully delivered in day 18 after starting
- All the needed modules will be purchases and provide by us with consulting of the developer
- enhancement and optimization will be measured only based on Google page speed insight only

Tasks of the project

1- Upgrade from current Arabic+English version 1.5.1.3 to latest Arabic version 1.5.5.1
2- customize and Installing special costume template on the upgraded website
3- Create new Dynamic site map
4- Move image folder to a sub domain to load at same time of the main website for speed
5- Fixing the issue in website to rank 80+/100 ( at least) based on Google page speed insight on https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/

6- Installing Google map module in to the website
7- Installing 2 newsletter subscribing gate modules in to the front page for SMS & Email newsletter

and after all the tasks been done successfully
8- Installing Nitro pack module to the upgraded website

1- the website is in Arabic ( primary language ) + English and the theme will use RTL and UTF-8 ...

2- the template we will use is already been bought and you can check it at

3- SMS & email newsletter module will be boxes (in the footer) that will save the emails and phone numbers in special files and not real modules that do sort and send

4- the website ranking on (google page speed insight)should raised to 80+ with the end of this project ( hint: most of the websites provided i test it and found it have low ranking on that tool)

5- the website performance should be Ultra speed and very fast by the end of this project

6- admin log-in page should be customizing also by adding background pic with our logo , and costumer registration form will be also customized by removing the unnecessary fields

7- all modules related and exist on the Demo page of the new template should be work on the real website in the end on Arabic version & English version

8- Image folder will be moved to sub-domain and re-configure the website to work with that sub-domain instead of loading from same domain - to ensure the speeding and loading at same time

9- all the product and data will remain as this is upgrade project not ( fresh installing)

10- nitroback module will be installed after all the previous task is done for extra speed
