Opencart backend development support php and twig

I am a frontend developer working on an Opencart redesign. However my main experience is in wordpress. The templates in the theme i am editing are .twig files and I am more comfortable with php. I am looking for a backend developer to make the edits I can't. Current issues are I can't insert a search box in the header. Can't change the number of columns of products in each category. Need a class adding to menu items that have dropdowns. The blog wont load. I am sure there will be more.
