I am looking for a web developer who is an expert with Wordpress and Woocommerce to provide me with monthly maintenance for my website.

The requirements would be to ensure the website remains live at all times, advice or installation of plugins or functionality to improve the website and maintenance of the server. I built the website myself and therefore can handle the majority of technical issues but require someone with coding experience and experience building Woocommerce sites to provide back-up when the technical know-how is beyond my experience.

The first job will be to figure out why my website is not communicating to my email! If you can figure this out then I think we can work together.

I would pay a monthly retainer to come out once a month (my budget is the per month cost and not total cost). Expectations would be that problems would be resolved within 24 hours. There will often be months where there will be no requirement for any services but other months may be more - the monthly payment is an assurance that I always have the back-up support.
