One Page responsive wordpress site for new book required.

Summary:
VA to create one page responsive site to promote and sell new new business book (physical and e-book on Amazon via links to Amazon book page), with embedded trailer video.

Detail:
Website to contain:
1. Complete responsive (mobile friendly) website
2. Design will be exactly like reference www.forhourschef.com website (look and feel and functionality eg:
- location of images,
- video (location and pop up 'in focus' functionality),
- sections (number of, and location)
- menu (number of items, menu label names, drop down menu including Table of Contents - view ToC only - PDF download not required);
- scrolling - both vertically and horizontally including mouse over or mouse click over selected images (image of open book) the tabs over the page will lift, and page will turn.
3. Images of front and back cover (displayed with 'reflection), and pop up when clicked.
4. Video trailer embedded and viewable on homepage (video pops up when selected. NOTE - video production out of scope for this project)
5. Full admin rights to add/edit/delete edit text, label numbers and text, section text, images etc.
6. Link text and image to external sites (eg Amazon)
7. All images will be supplied to the VA to load and layout as per reference website, with samples of background images for the different sections (eg instead of a kitchen table background, replaced with desk)

Images of high level requirements attached (3 of 5 - PPH will only let 3 images be uploaded. Will send remaining 2x to successful VA).

Note - hosting/host to be determined. Currently domains held with Godaddy. If VA is familiar with Godaddy, and Godaddy offering, VA to recommend package and deploy on Godaddy, or offer alternative solution (eg wordpress or other?)

Background
1. A brief description of business:
- website for new business book on Business Architecture - to be able to view the key reasons for reading it, what it covers, parts, some examples of what the actual pages look like and images within these pages, table of contents, video trailer of book, social media links (to follow), and links to buy it off Amazon.
2. Industry business is in:
- management consulting / I.T
3. Text to include on the logo:
Company Name - HOBA
4. Any preferred colours you want to use (four colours only):
- Black, white, grey, orange. (Note - all currently displayed fluorescent green labels and headers to be replaced with fluorescent orange).
5. Look & Feel of website:
- level of detail, must be consistent with brand - minimal, simplistic, yet funky cool (similar to reference site).

VA applicant:
- must have a viewable portfolio, on this site, or links to other VA site
- must be rated on this site, or links to other VA site
- must have explicit example(s) of similar work (preference given to VA who have done similar work or mocks up examples of proposed design)

To demonstrate your experience, VA to provide the following:
1. The website and domains of previous websites you have built which have the functionality requested (namely one page scrolling),
2. Step me through the process you will go through with me to understand my requirements, to building the solution I want and requested, and
4. As the webmaster/administrator step me through the end to end process on how I will add, update, amend and remove text & images when updates maybe needed from time to time
