Unfortunately this project ran late and was cancelled due to non delivery, despite an agreed project plan, timeline, deliverables and milestones, as well as detailed requirements provided and agreed at the outset. Amit was unable to deliver to the requirements, quality or timeline even requesting and been granted an extension. Amit has potential to be a great VA, however needs to understand the strength of his abilities and address his weaknesses.
