Odoo 8.0 Website theme and e-shop customisation and deployment

We are a lingerie shop in Greece, specialising in bra fitting and large/non-fast fashion sizes.
We are using odoo 8.0 and wish to implement the site on our existing cloud server hosting our erp.
The job is to customise an odoo theme we will chose to fit our branding, simplify text changes (CSS style) on dual language pages and implementing (filters, workflow, payment etc) the odoo integrated e-shop to our needs.

Bullets of relevant items:
- All our products are managed in odoo and ideally we want them to be handled by it instead of going for yet another platform. We have around 200 active products, some with 1-2 colours and sizes, some with hundreds of size/colour combinations.
- If you propose to use a template, you will have to propose the template after analysing our needs.
- Payment methods will be piraeusbank (greece) epos or Viva Wallet and PayPal
- Odoo Procurement rules will have to be streamlined and updated
- The site will have to be changed from http to https
- Receipts will have to be created as XPS and handled by local process (or automatic transfer of XPS to local spool folder or alert for user to download)
- The main site will have to be put to shape and we want it to include a SEO-friendly blog.
