Need someone to finish online store

General information for the website: We sell wargaming miniatures
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of every page/module: Need design of the checkout page
Description of requirements/features: I have a wordpress webite hosted by Bluehost. I have the actual pages set up and customised how I want, but am in the process of converting the website into an online store. I have woocommerce installed and have most of the settings configured how I need them. What I need is for someone to set up the check out and payment options - I will have an SSL certificate and dedicated IP address, and have a business paypal that I would like used.
Basically I want people to be able to pay using paypal or credit card securely when checking out.
I am unsure of budget because I am unfamiliar with the cost of ecommerce set up.
