I need a delivery note PHP template (Print Invoice & Delivery note plugin) amending to include some extra fields from the Woocommerce Checkout add ons plugin.
I can provide access to the site and file manager, and have copied the relevant template into our theme to override.
Just don't know the hooks/code to display the items :)

Which Checkout Add-Ons plugin are you currently using, and do you already know the field names that need to appear on the delivery note?
