Migration from Joomla! 2.5.27 to 3.10.6

Hi, I've got three websites which are identical (same structure, templates, extensions), just different language versions of the same online shop (see: galicianshop dot com)

The job is to migrate those three websites to the latest 3x Joomla and virtuemart version please. After the migration, I would expect the migrated websites to work properly (meaning that customers should be able to make their purchases normally as they are in the current 2.527 version).
