Magento Developer wanted - Can you deliver innovative bespoke solutions?

I'm looking for a Magento Developer who we can work with on a long term basis to help us build bespoke functionality into our website / back office and improve the overall design. We have a number of individual requirements that can be addressed individually or put together as a project. The objectives of the first phase of development will be to add additional functionality to the site to help us optimise our processes and improve the on-site presence for Google & other search engines.

This will be achieved through the following items: -

Phase 1
Business Process Improvement:
- Declaration form: Many of the items we buy for stock are high value second hand items. When we buy these items we require our customer to complete a declaration form to acknowledge the sale and to provide an audit trail back to that customer. The declaration form will take an inputs from the magento back office customer Database and the user will input details of the item being bought (Title, Model Number, Serial Number, Price paid). The output will be the details input by the user saved as a product in the product database and a form laid out with the details from the system as a form (pdf?) ready to print out and sign. This form will then been scanned and uploaded and appended to the sale record in our database. Example of the form attached.

SEO Improvements
- Implement customer product reviews (Preferebly YOTPO plug in)
- Implement Mage SEO Plug in
- Implement Trust Pilot Review functionality
- Implement Product level Rich Snipet markup (price & rating)

Phase 2

It is forseen that once the above work is completed we will undergo a redesign of the site layout and graphical representation to improve the overall customer experience and aesthetics. The intention of this is to improve conversions and optimise up sell / cross sell opportunities. The scope of this phase is yet undefined but is included in the description for the purposes of demonstrating our future workstack which we would also like to engage the current choosen developer on.

About Us
We are a fairly new business coming to the end of our first year trading. I am one of four partners who work within the company and I will be the single point of contact for the chosen developer and I am solely responsible for the decision to select a developer and manage the delivery with the developer. I have previous experience of business process design and implementation including the definition of requirements and creation of user stories. My objective is to make our business as easy to deal with as possible for the developer to make your job so we can all achieve success. I will also be looking to leverage your experience in creating innovative solutions and would expect a consultative approach by yourself.
