I require some fairly urgent Magento Custom Coding.

The site is fairly stock

I am using the following Modules
- RMA by Mirasvit
- Auto Customer Grouping by Plugin Company

I am using the following Theme
- Intenso Theme

Ideally I would like these requirements to be tackled and priced individually so I can prioritise.

Background to the site, the site is effectively a product loan site, my customer requires that people purchase a membership, this then allows them to loan items (for no fixed period). When they loan an item the order is set to Complete, they can then request the collection of the item using the RMA tool, at this point the order is set to returned.

Feature 1
- Pricing hidden for all users of the site apart from prices of products in a particular (membership) category. If we can also hide these in the shopping cart that would be great. Customers only pay for membership (and one delivery option for items) at all other times it would be preferred for pricing to be hidden

Feature 2
- Stop users who are not in a certain group from being able to purchase (even if they are logged in)

Feature 3
- The shopping cart must have a minimum of 2 items and a maximum of 6 items in it (apart from when buying a membership (this can only be 1 item

Feature 4
- A customer can only have maximum 6 items on loan at any one time. Fundamentally this is having 6 items in completed status, if they try and check out and they have more than 6 a message needs to pop up requesting that they arrange return of some items before ordering others. As soon as the return is started in RMA the order status for the item moves from completed to return requested.

Feature 5
- If an item is out of stock, my customer wants a maximum of x people to be able to register for notifications on when it is back in stock, when the item comes back into stock it should email the first person on the list letting them know its back and then if still in stock 1 working day later the second person on the list and so on

Feature 6
- When an item is returned through RMA before it goes back in stock there needs to be some form of a holding pool where the stock gets checked, it needs to be a list where then the site admin can go and release the item back to stock (if you have experience with stock management there could be a bigger discussion here)

Feature 7
- limit the customer to x number of orders in a year based on membership.
